There could be NRE revenue from BAE/military divisions since it's been a while since they successfully validated the IR sensors in BAE's foundry.

There could also be NRE revenue based upon the integration all the components on a single die, based upon the report that that Dr. Taylor said they got the mask before the AGM.

Finally, there could be NRE revenue from succesful replication of the 100nm project in the "3rd party foundry" We know that was requested by a potential customer.

Lots of opportunities here. People are being unnecessarily pessimistic.
