Since it seems clear now that the US defense dept. and nasa are all ready using some POET tech, it would seem normal they they might be the one that have paid the bills so far.

So no revenues to declare and no benifits for share holders.

Could the third party be the US dept. of defense? If so, i can imagine that POET won't be in the driver seat for long. Hope fully not!
