Agreed, this will not be easy.

Nevertheless, until they take away the "interm" title from PC, it's still in the cards.

I figure it is not high on the priority list or else it would be done by now. Furthermore, it will be far easier to fill when POET becomes a household name; CEO's from everywhere will want to be part of it.
