Not to be seen as agreeing or disagreeing with it, the industry as a whole has a big problem with paranoia. Much of the time its warranted and other times its completely false.

Proviso: If i am in managements shoes, knowing what I know, and what I have in my hand, its lock down time. For many reasons none the least of which is spies, but my personal take would be that I want to control my asset as much as I can before global exposure and certain market domination.
