If you were someone trying to purchase something.. it could be Precious Metal or a particular stock. You would do everything in your power to keep the price down.

They call it Manipulation.

You force to stock to stay low and try to discurange people to a point where they loose faith and sell their stocks.

You then have the perfect opportunity to grab them at a low price.

I m not saying that is what is happening here but when a stock as promissing as PTK just can't lift off, even with great news, it a question you could ask your self.

The only thing you need to do so is enough cash to create a sell OFF.
