I'm going to take what some might think is a simplistic view of what has happened and is happening to the share price of PTI.

We all blame the manipulation on HFTs, day traders, shorts, etc. but the master manipulator for this stock is Shelly and he has been in control from the day I bought my first share over 3 years ago. The sp of POET has always gone where he has wanted it to go.

Back a couple of years ago he made a big point that he didn't like the way management was running this company and he almost drove it into bankrupsy but he made his point and then saved it by buying back in again.

He sold a big chunk about a year ago and sent the share price down in the low $.30's

When the MM's were trying to run us into the ground he continued to buy buy buy and took us from a penny stock in the dollars range.

When were wondering what was going on as the share price continued to drop with one good news release after another he was manipulating the share price, and using the MM's themselves, to get he share price low enough to get cheap options for himself and the company to use whatever way they wanted.

Now don't get me wrong I'm not complaning, nor should any longs here complain either. We were told to believe in and trust this company and they would bring us to the promise land which they are now doing. We were buying cheap when SI was provinding the opt because we believed.

Yes Shelly is the master magician, the controller of MM's, the real financial controller of POET. I have to bow down to him and give him praise because I followed his every move. He gave most of us here the buying opportunities we never thought we would see again. He gave us every chance imaginable to buy this company for a song.

So let there be no doubt he is the POET master and he,( and the management team of late), has ingeniously controlled the share price and lined up all the ducks and gotten POET ready to make the big splash into the semiductor world.

Simplistic idea maybe, but so obvious.

All I can say at this point is.... Thanks Shelly. And as they say in golf "You da man"
