Yes, that crossed my mind as well, but it's a market that's difficult to ignore, not to mention that they will get POET powered devices regardless and try their best to reverse engineer them.

My hope is that what Dr.T has developed will be difficult, if not impossible to reverse engineer due to the multiple patented steps required to make it all work. Even if they can reverse it, it will be obvious what they had done and legal penalties applied.

I believe as long as we can get this to market and can get some revenue streams flowing then a legal team can be purchased to protect our patents.
