That remains to be seen.

In the earlier discussions on this topic it was stated, if I remember correctly, that the BoD could reject an offer outright if they deemed it unworthy.

I do not believe they would deem $4B worthy, or anything remotely close to that number.

I, for one, would not accept $4B.
