Hi Rainer.

The way it was explained to me during the Lab tour, by Stephane Gagnon, was that the TDK Models (MS#12) will be for release to customers, who would then be able to model their "Future State" POET based chip solutions and see the huge performance improvements.

So it appears to me that the "Transfer to Fab" and Milestone #12 are parallel initiatives.
