With due respect, Kooter, but you misunderstood me regarding the fool and the tool.

As I understand this saying, even a perfect tool cannot turn a fool into someone smart. That is, you have to be smart to use a tool sensibly or it won't help you.

If you are smart, you can use a hammer to drive a nail into the wall. A fool, however, would only hit his thumb or let the hammer drop on his toe.
