Agree - he also is likely developing (probably has this mostly done and is recruiting to execute) his go to market strategy ie - who first what the queue could be, what the pricing should be, what the key non negotiable items are and which ones are available for exclusivity etc.

He appears to be the kind of guy who gets all the ducks lined up ready to go and then executes as planned along with contingencies.
