Perhaps it is a little farfetched at this time to think POET could fully utilize a whole foundry right from the beginning of mass production.

Before mass production can start, 18 months or so will pass anyway because that's what it takes to design a new chip, if I remember correctly. And the chips designers don't even have the TDK yet.

Mass production will start at a low level and then pick up speed. And who knows, maybe IBM is willing to pay some more billions by then …
