I am not suggesting anyone in particular manipulated the share price, only that it was done, by someone(s).

And likely, we will never know. It could have been as scary said, or it could have been daytraders making their pennies, or countless other possibilities/combinations thereof.

Regardless, we can all see the destruction in our accounts.

What I am saying that SI didn't have to accept the options now to sit on the board, he just, coincidentally, did.
