Scary I think you are late and you should read the last week on agora. We have spoken a lot about the option and the pressure that SI did by selling 1M shares. We now know that he had to sell to stay under 20% control or it would have triggered an hostile takeover. Personally I don't think they did that to have cheaper options, it simply doesn't make sense. They want to go on the Nasdaq and need to stay over $2 or $4. Why would they bring the SP down for 50 cents? SI and PNP have more than 19 500 000 shares. SI was granted 500 000 options. If you do the math

19 5000 000 x $1.75= $34 125 000

19 500 000 x $1.25= $24 570 000

I don't understand why would you kill the momentum of your investment for 500 000 options…

I was quite happy that we have moved on and start a more constructive discussion, I hope you can do so as it's too late to complain, talking about it would not help the SP to go back where it should be.
