Message: Today I feel better.

I feel better today. Nothing to do with the little gain in SP. All things seem more clear to me. It was very hard to see the SP going down, with all the new members and bashers just here to spread doubt with no fact. Poet is in a position of weakness, trying to go after an entire industry. The confidence in the company is very tenuous and a lot of people try to benefit from it.

The company has a plan. The prototype (*I think there is actually more than one, an infrared sensor and one with several key devices) will trigger the start of the licensing. By licensing a small part of the IP portfolio to different markets, it will tell others that they have something, not just patent papers. They will use that as proof of concept before expanding the technology out. Don't be angry if they don't start with a complete solution, you don't change an entire industry one time in one day.

We know that a good part of the IP portfolio have been validated (electrical and optical) in a state of the art commercial foundry. They work with BAE since few years (together, not just paying for validation) and are currently working with the Air Force Research Lab. Since the beginning of the year, they have delivered everything (and more!). They have a lot of cash in hand and no debt. If you keep the facts and follow your intuition, you will know that this investment worth the roller coaster ride.

*From 20F page 26 :

'' Currently, a prototype infrared sensor is in development for the AFRL which the Company believes, when completed, can be adapted for commercial prototype use.''

AFRL = Air Force Research Laboratory

From July 8 NR :

''The prototype initiative aims to put together several key device building blocks, all with integrated optical and electronic capability, into an integrated circuit ("IC") or array of ICs. Development of the two initiatives have proceeded in parallel so far, but are technologically linked.''

And stop saying that the stock was manipulated to get cheaper options, it doesn't make sense. SI and PNP have more than 19 500 000 shares, why would they want the SP to go down? SI or other board members want to be on the Nasdaq. Why would they bring the share price down for 50 cents? That is a complete non-sense, it is just another false argument to give you a headache and make you sell.

At last and not least, I got to say thank you to all attending to the AGM. It is very generous to take the time for sharing your experience.

Best regards.
