Drop in ANY was due to them not generating anticipated revenues. Totally unrelated to joining the NASDAQ. That said, this further strengthens the argument that PTK must in fact deliver the goods to sustain its stock price once on the NAS.

While the NAS grants us greater exposure to US investors (a plus), nothing magical happens thereafter. I would rather see PTK keep the RS in its back pocket until PDA and revenue is announced. Otherwise, the stock price will falter if we RS for the sole purpose of graduating to a larger exchange.
