Stock continuing to fall on a daily basis is never a fun thing to watch. I personally believe that introduction of a possible RS prior to AGM is what helped to drive the price lower. Going forward, I think it has been made clear to us by management that this will only be implemented if needed. I personally believe that news of a PDA will eliminate the need for this along with initial revenues. In the meantime, I do believe that RS does provide for some overhang to the stock price but don't believe this is what is driving stock price lower. Lower price is due to some manipulation on part of traders and the fact that news does not seem to be in the pipeline for anytime soon (i.e. next week or so). Hopefully this will come to and end VERY soon. Given this stock's potential, we are in way oversold territory these days.
