Just one point to point out.

The sale was "Indirect Control / Ownership".

They were not Shelly's or Pinetrees (in a direct context).

Maybe his wife's RRSP ... who knows, who cares.

Let us move on.

SI has virtually gone all in on POET. He needs POET to be a resounding success or it is

"extremely bad news" for him.

So SI clearly has Mega Faith in POET.
