Mr. Copetti confirmed that the officers are currently in blackout. Howver, the imposition and lifting of blackout periods are not announced and are at the discretion of the board, presumably to avoid sendiing signals to the market, which could be mis-interpreted.
This raises the question in my mind regarding Mr. Inwentash's holdings. While I am sure his personally held shares would fall under the blackout status, I would doubt the Pinetree shares would.
