Dear Andech,

You list a number of potential concerns which gives me the impression that you already have a good handle on what could go wrong in any organisation. Why then is it necessary for you to encourage support for your views as a member of the glass half full club by calling for evidence from attendees of the AGM for negative input to the debate. This takes natural concern a stage beyond that which I can find reasonable. If it emerges let it happen naturally.

We have had a series of good news events which by normal standards should have sent the SP forward and upwards, but they have had the reverse effect. Hopefully, good management and risk management can do much to circumvent such potential concerns that you list . With the confirmation and confidence that most seem to have gained from their AGM experience we should be allowed to spread the good news and nudge share value in the direction we desire.

I am told that us retrailers have little effect on SP, I hope that is the case, because your approach is more likely to be bad for the improvement this share now needs to get us to the NASDAQ without the need for consolidation.

Please try to look on the bright side and for once have some confidence in the POET managment and technical teams to get us onto the right path without the blind alleys that so called worthy negativity causes to perception of the shares true value.

with regards

Sulasailor
