The market has shown its distaste for the R/S in the latest slide. $ 2.20 to $ 1.20. MB selling, SI selling 1 M shares. Potential selling from LP. No matter how you paint it, the R/S will be a cloud over the company's head until they either exercise it or the year passes. Quite frankly, I don't see PTK around in a year. I know I will not be.
