AGM's are usually preceded or followed by a BOD meeting depending on the issues of the AGM. In this case given the new BOD members it may be possible that the new BOD meets subsequent to the AGM likely tomorrow and discusses and approves various proposals and actions depending on how today's votes went. It is therefore likely that there will be news of some form in the next day or so related to the vote as a minimum and hopefull other items that they can release once the BOD has approved them.
