Yes I know , but that says in that time Poet will be starting Q4 with no report on progress that would put upward pressure on stock price. If there is nothing to report, why rush to Nasdaq, after all that is why we are where we are. Better to have good news before RS to have stability. We are lead to believe the RS is primarily for Nas listing, is it?
