It's a $4.00 minimum for the NAS. Right now, at least a 4-1 in that regard. Shame. Would be nice if the price could get up to 2-2.50 between now and October 1.

I still think though, that the RS is only a last resort and that it would follow, not precede, a revenue agreement event. A Nasdaq listing may also be a prerequisite of a deal being done.
