Yep, like I stated a few days ago....

If SI's sales were executed to manipulate the price down for cheaper options and it happens, we are in trouble.

If the BOD allows it to happen we are in worse trouble, and the glowing accolades in P2 about "better management" is nothing more than a snow job.

Therefore, with my faith in the BOD, I'm presuming SI's options were already priced and the BOD was aware of SI's sales - at least that's how I'd do it to maintain leadership credibility.
