Soooo, that would bring up the question "how long does the blackout last?"

Does it end after we join the NASDAQ?

Does it end when we announce a new CEO?

Does it end when we announce a PDA?

Does it end when all the heavy lifting is complete for POET (not PET)?

It clearly matters, since there may be a lot of employees/directors interested in improving their bank accounts (by selling shares), after a long wait.

I doubt they will tell us, but it might be an interesting AGM question.
