I didn't [yet] add POET (the Company), it's a lot of effort.

Ditto for POET (the process/technology), which goes hand-in-hand.

Wikipedia is NOT a stock site or a news site.

There are strict rules about what is acceptable, unbiased, factual content that includes links and context appropriate to the rest of the semiconductor universe that's already there.

I plan to work on them both, initially with some help from Oogee and FJ -- but I can't imagine it being a trivial task to do the entries justice.

It's also one of the things I plan to mention at AGM, since it'd be nice to have "official" support for the effort.
