I dont share the same view. They can't "print more shares" and dilute existing shareholders as shareholderrs are protected by pre-emption rights. They can split and consolidate shares but existing sharholers still end up with the same percenatge holding in the business. They could do a rights issue but existing shareholders have the right to take up their shares. Granted they can play games with optons to BOD etc and thats why Its so much better to be on the NASDAQ with better corporate governance standards, better visibility etc.

I reaaly don't undertsand why there is all this fuss over the RS. In this case it is a good thing. Get on the NASDAQ and let the sunlight in. It can only be a good thing.
