Is it possible that when Mr Fab agreed to join Poet, one of his conditions was that Poet gets listed on Nasdaq, even if it means a RS. Perhaps Sheldon is not in agreement with a RS, and is displaying his disagreement by reducing his holdings? Could there be a bit of a power struggle going on? Just a guess.
