I pulled all the correspondance letters out of the mix if anyone wants to follow the back and forth between POET and the SEC since they filed the first 20-F document at the beginning of the year. It helps explain the reason for the updated 20-F document and gives some insight on behind-the-scenes dealings with the SEC.
