Doesn't there need to be a dominant listing? By dominant listing I mean one that leads the others and the others follow such as the TSXV right now with the US Stock, German stocks following it's lead.

The Market cap is based off of the present TSX-V shares, so if we uplist to both the Nasdaq and the TSX, which will be the dominant listing and govern the market cap?
