I think its more like 99.5% of us won't ever understand exactly how POET works. That's why the signing of a PDA along with agreements to generate future cash flow is key to proving to the investor community that we really have something here.

While I don't expect any blockbuster news to come out of the AGM, I do expect to gain further clarity on the direction of the Co. and what to expect going forward.
