Hi PIM.
I have been struggling with the hold-up on the Pellegrino 2 report as well.
However, I am thinking the reason for the "delay" might actually be planned / strategic in nature.
What I mean by that is perhaps the company intends to release P2 in relative timing to the NASDAQ listing confirmation.
It would make sense. Once PTK get confirmation that the company is approved to list on the NASDAQ, management know that the only outstanding qualifying barrier will be the stock price.
As a non-revenue generating company, the qualifying SP is 4$ US.
Myself along with many others on this BB preiously thought the qualifying price was $2 US, but my understanding has been corrected .... I am told $4 by friends I know in Bay Street.
So, perhaps management are waiting to get the NAS confirmation and then they will unleash the P2 report; either a dual announcement or 2 announcements very close together.
Hopefully then the P2 valuation will, perhaps with other news, be sufficient to push the stock north, burn the shorts, and get the SP into the qualifying range, without the necessity for a RS.
We already know that the "transfer to a fab" is being negotiated. When confirmed that will also be huge news.
I may be adding 2+2 and making 5 here, but logically this strategy might be a good one.
I guess we will find out soon enough.
