The site that has a suspect SSL cert is www.voteproxyonline.com, which is what many of the proxy forms are stating as the voting URL, including mine.

The issue with voteproxyonline.com is that the CA being used is not trusted by the root CA, thus generating the warning. This type of untrusted SSL cert can be used by hackers to conduct MITM (man in the middle attacks). Not saying that is the case here, but the transfer agent (TMX Equity Transfer Services) really needs to use an SSL provider that is trusted by one of Internet's root Certificate Authorities.
