Message: The Nasdaq is about the POET of the future

Reverse Split sends a chill down my spine. A reverse split and dilution puts my body into a deep freeze. But that should be a normal reaction for anyone who has been through it a few times. I have never been through it solely to to see it used to get on the big board nor with any company that has so much going for it as POET so I guess my nerviousness about this decision may be an over reaction.

We all know that the majority vote will past this regardless how we vote. And we have made our concerns here which I'm sure the company have taken note off.

I will (reluctantly)vote for it because this company, so far, has never done me wrong and has made all the right decisions. They say they may never use the RS and if they do it will probably be less than 1 for 5. However experience has thought me to expect the worst in such cases, hopefully I'm wrong in this situation.

That being said I'm still very excited about the future and where PTI is taking us. All things are unfolding as they promised and even better with Manocha coming onboard. All the shinanigans with the sp over the past few weeks should be ignored as being "the way the market works" and will eventually work itself out. No insider selling and for most of the shares sold there are buyers that are pre-arranged with crosses at certain levels etc. If not we'd be back to 50 cents by now. So that's just making sure that everyone gets a piece of the pie, my opinion. That doesn't bother me. I also think they're saving good news for before the AGM. It just makes good planning to have everyone happy going into that meeting.

My 2 cents worth sh!t on me if you will. I care not.
