I tend to agree: "yes" to r/s, "no" to options top-up this year.

... there are a lot of options out there held by people who have never excercised them and hold zero actual shares.

if more options are needed, let the current holders exercise some of theirs, so they return to the pool.

double benefit:

i) the folks with zero actual shares would now have some actual $#@% skin in the game, and

ii) we aren't the ones to suffer dilution alone (for a change!)

... based on how they're handed out this time around, we can always reconsider supporting an options top-up next year.
