Fabless designer is what PTK has stated on numerous occassions. Besides building your own fab is VERY costly and in my opinion not the best way to try and build shareholder value as dilution would be a given under this scenario.

My take is Ajit was brought in to broker the deal that will get us our first partnership. Hopefully this is already in the works.
