Dmac88: It is kind of nice having the warrants and options exercised, get them out of the way!

Andrea Koch: They will be executed sooner or later anyway, so what. Okay, the timing is bad, but probably it will always be bad.

And perhaps one day soon, when this type of share overhang is exercised on the big board for example, where there should be infinitely more demand on shares, they will be much easier to absorb with negligible impact on SP, unlike today.
