Maybe the parameters of a useful P2 report are just too broad at the moment to commit to an accurate value. By waiting, it is possible that the report has been delegated to a "work-in-progress" for now. Remember the scope of this thing, all of the potential vertical mkts have to be considered as well as current disruptions and new IP whose value cannot be pinointed as yet.

IMO, the valuation is changing by the day (and it's value keeps going UP).
