Most RS have been a disaster. ANY moved up in price and now listed on NASDAQ on its own merit. This action shows weakness and low confidence by management and it shows on SP being knocked down. The market players know this and hammer it every time ti pokes its head up. It reminds me of the previous management lack of capital markets knowhow and stupid attempt at financing. I am voting against and urge others to do the same.
