Yes, Boninvestor, it might well be possible to get a NASDAQ listing without a reverse split. However, it is always wise to assume a worst-case scenario and be able to contrast it with something suitable.

What do you thing is the probability to get to the NASDAQ without an RS? 100 percent? No, you never can be 100 percent sure. Okay, so let's say 98 percent. Well, empowering management to do an RS is to mitigate the remaining 2 percent then.
