And at what point does this occur?

And if you're just going to split the stock, why reverse split it?

I know the argument; we have to RS to meet the necessary thresholds for admittance to the NASDAQ, bla, bla, bla...

I can't get my head wrapped around going through this exercise, to the advantage of the lawyers, to gain admittance to an exchange that will be begging us to come to them within 12 months.
