Buying millions of shares from whom?

At a 5:1 rs, and approx. 40M shares outstanding, who will be selling? Not me, that's for sure.

Not being the only shareholder, however, there may be some willing to part with their shares, but with information out about these so-called "informational presentations", I doubt shares will be pried free without a large premium.
