TheWaitingGame: As it stands, I've rarely seen an instance where a company has willingly let a new executive's options go under water immediately after they were awarded. There's a first time for everything in this stock.

Could it be they hadn't expected such a reaction? Could it be they thought shares were in stronger hands?
