Everyone needs to take a breath and go read this "FORM 6-K". Read the entire thing but re-read pages 23-26 a few times if you have not already done so. There may not even be a need for any consolidation. This is our management team just setting things up in the event it may be needed. Just way to much over reaction going on right now and all weekend.
