In my opinion, these are some issues that should be discussed while at the AGM:

i) What is the strategy going forward? Has this now been refined and what are the next steps (timing)?

ii) While reasons as to why PTK is looking into a R/S have been stated, what is the risk of dilution post R/S? Does management expect to enact the R/S and if so do they expect it to be executed at 5-to-1?

iii) How are discussions with third parties progressing? Get a better sense for what stage they are in? Should we still be expecting a military contract?

iv) If PII has not yet been released, when then? Why the 2 1/2 month delay?

Also, could someone please elaborate on the "20% option rule"? this is a rule I am not familiar with? Not clear to me whether this is a good thing or bad?
