BCD,,, I have been around this BB long enough for most to know that I am not a " fearmonger". I am concerned regarding this RS in the short term. It is possible this RS will benefit shareholders ( those of us who remain) in the long run, with " forward stock splits" in the future. I just want people here to understand that the RS is not A=B scenario. There are implications and people must weigh them out.

I suggest everyone read the " Information Circular" again, again until it sinks in. Page 23 and on. Then vote!
