Sula, you are hitting the nail on the head, big time.

Rick, you a way over the top, and not in a good way.

If there is further dilution at a price derived from a reverse split, the strike price approximates the new price and the number of shares issued is as a result a smaller number.

I have not posted for quite a while. The hysteria on here from some of you is unbearable.

I am convinced that our new FABulous leader has said, "let's get on NASDAQ NOW". No more waiting.

Major joint venture players in the good old US of A want legitimacy in a partner and the matching exchange presence. It's that simple.

If any of you really think that the price will collapse after the "possible" reverse split, I suggest you sell on Monday and stop posting your crap on the boards anymore.

I'm in for a home run, and I have a pile of shares as Rob and Fairchij know. And, I believe in the new appointment, and I believe in where we are going and I can't be more excited!

Good luck to all. Sell if you feel so negative about the possible RS. Up to you but stop yelling at everyone on the board.
