So ather then having 100 000 shares at 10 to sell you would rather have 20k shares to sell at 50$

Do the math. We loose. it equals the exact same thing.

This is a shitty deal for all the longs. I accumulated a tone of shares and now its gonna get cut by 500%?

And then how are we going to have the liquidity needed for large volume trading on the Big market? isnt that what the stock market is about. How are institutions going to get in if there are only a few million shares for sale now because no one has millions of shares. ???
