Sheldon Inwentash will be on the board and he is probably accepting or even arguing for the reserve split. I don't think, that he wants to harm his investement! I even think, that probably - as some here on the board -, he would argue for the reverse split (and going on Nasdaq) as being very positive for the share price!

I see the reverse split as something very positive ... and also the small amount of free float will have a positive effect on the share price (see for example the chart and share price of Santhera!)
